How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Login to your account to view orders you have placed. Check the status of your order. Once an order has begun processing and has a status of pending shipment or shipped, the order is no longer editable. Call or email us to change or cancel your order. Click on the submit a ticket button.
How do I track my order?
Login to your account to track your order. We also send tracking information via email when your order shipped.
My order never arrived.

My product is missing parts.
Login to your account to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If all products have shipped, email us regarding the missing parts by clicking on the submit a ticket button above.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which are temporarily out of stock in our warehouse. We are constantly producing our products, so your item will usually be back in stock and ship to you within one week. If the product will be on backorder for a longer period of time, we will email you with a status update.
